Welcome to my first blog post on my NEW website. BIG BIG BIG shout out to the fabulous Miss Haley of www.studiowilde.com for rocking this new blogsite for me. We have been collaborating since May 2014 and she has been so patient, creative and FUN to work with. Hope you are loving the final product as much as I am.
I am looking forward to blogging A LOT and showcasing some favorite images of the 2014 season with you. So please check in and see what’s new. The plan is to post at least one blog a week starting with full wedding previews in the next couple weeks.
Right now I am reminiscing on a few fantastic engagement sessions I photographed this past year. I hope you enjoy this little flashback from 2014. You’ll be seeing many of these faces again in 2015!
Meet Christi & Greg! We took a stroll down to Sesuit Harbor in Dennis on a misty afternoon. There wasn’t a stitch of wind and the cloud coverage added to the beauty of these captures. The perfect nautical setting to celebrate their love. A fabulous wedding at the Wequassett Inn is planned for this September. I keep hoping they will invite their dog to the ceremony (fingers crossed!).
We took a private path down to this remote area of Red River Beach in Harwich Port. I love that even though I have lived in Harwich my entire life I am still finding these hidden gems. Kristen and Joe were so adorably in love and we really had fun just hanging at the beach, talking wedding and of course capturing some photos for them to use in their save the dates. Looking forward to their big day this September at the Wequassett Inn!
High school sweethearts and absolutely head over heels in love. Like laughing the entire session, running together down the beach hand in hand and still flirting with each other kind of love. So lucky to know Paige personally. She a true beauty – inside and out! We were neighbors growing up on Pleasant Bay Road and she literally contacted me the morning after her engagement to book me first before she contacted venue or any other vendor! Flattered doesn’t even begin to describe that feeling!! I know these two have an AMAZING wedding planned at the Wychmere Harbor Club. Fingers crossed for one of those killer Cape Cod fall sunsets for their wedding day!
Another wonderful nautical engagement session. This time I am down by the docks in Chatham with Kerri & Kiel. Also high school sweethearts (10+ years now right? or close!) I have to say I am SO excited to photograph their tented wedding at the Mack House in Chatham this September. I have been dying to shoot there. Perfect Cape Cod wedding locale. Cannot wait to see the details of the day come together and see that Tiki Bar I keep hearing about.
